DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Six suspects on Saturday were arrested in Mandali district, northeast of Baaquba city, according to a local security source. “Today, emergency police forces arrested six persons who are believed to have been involved in kidnap incidents,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
