Civilian killed, 3 wounded in blast in Mandili

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian man was killed and three others wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off in the district of Mandili, north of Baaquba district, a security source in Diala said. “The IED went off near a civilian vehicle on the main road in southern Mandili district, (55 km) northeast of Baaquba, killing one man and wounding three others,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The wounded were rushed to a nearby hospital in the district,” the source added, not giving further details about the explosion.
