Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parliamentary Integrity Committee revealed new details over the involvement of the former spokesperson of the government, Ali al-Dabbagh and Abdul Aziz al-Badri, the Advisor of the President, Jalal Talabani, in the corruption accompanied the armament deals with Russia.

MP, Jawad al-Shihaili, of the Integrity Committee stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We have discovered that Dabbagh and Badri own a building of seven floors that was purchase at the time of holding the deals.”

“They have denied being involved in the corruption of the armament deals with Russia,” he added, noting that “What is being said about the nonexistence of the corruption in these deals is untrue.”

“These deals are one of the suspected deals and we are surprised over attempting to approve it and denying the involvement of the corruption,” he concluded.
