Armed group leader arrested in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A “key” armed group leader was arrested in downtown Baaquba city, a Diala police chief said on Saturday. “Today, police forces arrested the minister of irrigation in the so-called ‘Islamic State of Iraq,’ Sabri Ghani al-Dayeni, along with his son, Wathiq, in al-Tahrir neighborhood, downtown Baaquba…,” Staff Maj.
