Dahlaki calls parliament to hold special session to discuss Diyala situation
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ra’ad al-Dahlaki of Diyala province called the parliament to hold special session to discuss the province’s situation.
Several areas of Diyala witnessed over the past days, violence acts that led to the displacement of dozens of families who left their homes to escape the killings on sectarian identity.
Dahlaki said in a press conference held on Tuesday at the parliament building “All know well that Diyala is witnessing worrying armed operations and displacement on sectarian bases especially in Shahraban district, and we called earlier to consider some files including the services files which became just a motto for some politicians without implementation.”
“We call the parliament to hold special session to discuss all the files that concern Diyala as many of its people suffered from displacement,” he assured.
