Huge fire breaks out in Sulaimaniya forests

Sulaimaniya (IraqiNews.com) A huge fire broke out in the forces and fields near Kani To village in Dokan district of Sulaimaniya province.The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted the Commander of Forests and Environment Police Department, Capitan Biston, as saying in press conference ”The fire burned more than (2,000 Acres) of forests and green fields, ” the statement added, noting that “The rough territories and the existence of ground mines are hindering firefighters from extinguishing the fire.””The fire resulted in detonating several mines without any human casualties,” the statement concluded. \END\
