Japanese loan represents long-term planning – official

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Japanese loan represents Japan’s “long-term policy” to build a strong and productive Iraq, head of the Iraqi presidency office said on Monday, stressing the necessity that the loan should be “fairly” distributed throughout Iraq. “Today, Naseer Al-Ani received the Japanese ambassador to Iraq,” said a release posted on the Iraqi presidential web site. “Al-Ani thanked the Japanese government,” it added.
