Maysan declares security plan dedicated for Eid al-Fitar

Maysan, Ammara (IraqiNews.com) The Police Department of Maysan province announced the security plan dedicated for Eid al-Fitar on Saturday.The Commander of Maysan Police Department, Brigadier General Mohamed Jasim al-Zubaidi, reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Police Department in coordination with the Iraqi Army / Tenth Division/ prepared the security plan in order to provide secured environments for all people during the holy Eid al-Fitar.””The security plan will include the participation of Army forces and other supportive forces along with police forces in all districts and neighborhoods of Maysan province,” he added.”The security plan will focus on main external security checkpoints and inspecting all vehicles that enter or leave the province as well as securing the roads that the people use heading towards holy shrines during days of Eid al-Fitar,” he pointed out. The Commander of the Police Department called upon the people to cooperate with the security forces to preserve security and stability in the province. \END\
