Iraq to sign trade, economic pacts with S. Korea
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A visiting Iraqi delegation to South Korea will sign a number of economic and trade agreements with the Korean government, according to the Iraqi minister of industry and minerals. “The aim of our visit to South Korea is to sign agreements in the fields of trade and economy. An agreement between the Kurdistan Regional and the (South) Korean governments will also be signed to open horizons of cooperation between the airports of Arbil and Seoul,” Minister Fawzi al-Hariri told IraqiNews.com news agency. Earlier today, Iraqi President Jalal al-Talabani arrived in the South Korean capital on a visit that aims to foster mutual cooperation between the two countries.
