Maliki criticizes Arabia Satellite Channel for exaggerating events in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, criticized the Arabia Satellite Channel for exaggerating the events in Iraq.

In a speech that he delivered in Babel on the occasion of Youth World Day, Maliki said “This Channel insists that death toll of one of the bombings in Iraq is 80 persons while in reality they are three only,” noting that “They will have more efforts to topple the democratic process in Iraq.”

“The aim behind this campaign by this channel is to create sedition between the Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq,” he concluded.
