Barzani urges international community to help Kurdish residents in western Kurdistan Region

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The President of the Kurdistan Region Masud Barzani expressed his deep concern for displacement of Kurdish families from the west of Kurdistan Region, calling the international community to help these families which currently live in camps within Kurdistan Region.Barzani reported to IraqiNews.com ”Since the beginning of the Syrian uprising, many Kurdish were displaced to live to the west of Kurdistan Region and the number of these Kurdish people increased during the last months and unfortunately the international community did not pay enough attention to their circumstances and their numbers.””Due to the problems that face Kurdish in the west of Kurdistan Region many of them came to live in Kurdistan Region and on this occasion I offer my appreciation for all concerned authorities for accommodating them and help them,” he concluded. \END\
