Hakim: Iraq needs all sides’ efforts to establish State institutions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, confirmed “Iraq needs real efforts by all sides to establish the State institutions.”

Through his Facebook page, Hakim said “The partial solutions and the partial achievements will not be useful in the next stage.”

“The country requires consolidating the basic institutions of the State,” he concluded.
