Sadrist MP rules out witnessing huge political, security chaos as in some Arab countries

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ameer al-Kinani, of Ahrar political bloc ruled out witnessing huge security and political chaos as in some other Arab countries.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Many aspects prevent Iraq from witnessing such chaos such as that we have an elected parliament and government that are legitimate.”

“Egypt has an independent security institution unlike Iraq that has security forces subject to the political pressures,” he added.

“Some Iraqis support the government and some others oppose it and even the opposition rejects to witness events such as these happening currently in Syria,” he concluded.
