Al-Qaeda adopts latest bombings in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) What is so called, the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant, announced its responsibility behind the latest bombings that took place in Baghdad and some other areas of Iraq, attributing it to the “Execution of the Sunni prisoners.”

A statement posted in the website of the Al-Qaeda Terrorist Organization cited “The lions of the Sunnis in Baghdad and the other states of the Islamic State responded to the latest crime of executing the Muslim prisoners of Sunni sect in Iraq.”

“The bombings took place in the biggest security deployment in Baghdad and the areas around it that became prisons to its residents where the attacks targeted some security, military and governmental sites,” the statement concluded.
