Economy Committee: 19 thousand corruption issues referred to Integrity Committee

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parliamentary Economy Committee announced that 19 thousand corruption issues referred to the Parliamentary Integrity Committee.

The member of the Committee, Qusai al-Ebadi, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The financial and administrational corruption is largely existed in the governmental institutions and it affects the economic situation in Iraq.”

“The Integrity Committee has more than 19 thousand corruption issues and the Committee follows up these issues,” he added, stressing the necessity of “Conducting the investigation over these issues to eliminate the corruption.”
