Tharib criticizes Federal Court decision of rejecting Article 23 of PCs Law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ziyad Tharib, of the Iraqiya Slate criticized the Federal Court’s rejection for Article 23 over the situation in Kirkuk within the Law of the Provincial Council in 2008.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Refuting the Article No. 23 will contribute in creating tensions in Kirkuk and eliminate the trust among the communities of Kirkuk in addition to doubling the foreign interferences in the province.”

He warned “The Kurdistani Alliance and the National Alliance from adopting the political deals for determining the future of Iraq because they are illegitimate and unconstitutional.”
