Urgent – Nijaifi holds closed meeting with Erdogan

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, held a closed meeting with the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayib Erdo?an, in Ankara on Wednesday.

Media source stated to IraqiNews.com “Nijaifi and Erdo?an held meeting for 45 minutes away from media outlets where Nijaifi handed over a message to Erdo?an from the Iraqi Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, in which the latter called to start a new stage to consolidate relations.”

“During the meeting, the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, was invited to visit Turkey,” the source concluded.
