KA MP rules out changing political map of Kurdistan Region after elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Shwan Mohammed Taha, of the Kurdistani Alliance ruled out changing the political map after holding the elections of Kurdistan Region.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The big blocs participating in the elections will get the same number of seats with slight difference in one or two seats which will not affect the political process in Kurdistan Region.”

“The political system in Kurdistan Region is divided into the government and the opposition which is clearly shown in the electoral propagandas,” he added.

“The good thing in Kurdistan Region is that the government and the opposition consider themselves as a part of the political process,” he concluded.
