Employee kidnapped in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: A civilian was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen in northern Kirkuk province in northern Iraq, a source from the joint coordination center in Kirkuk said on Wednesday. “Unknown gunmen on Tuesday night (March 10) kidnapped an employee of the Kirkuk municipality in Imam Qassem region in northern Kirkuk,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency, “Police started a security operation to hunt down the gunmen,” he added.
