Jaafary stresses necessity of repeating initiative till establishing democracy

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, stressed the necessity of repeating the initiatives till establishing democracy, calling “All sides to bring success to such initiative because its success is theirs and its failure is their as well.”

In his speech while attending the Social Peace Conference called for by the Vice-President, Khudhir al-Khuzaiye, he said “This initiative is organized by good efforts by Khuzaiye and the organizing committee where it is not the first and will not be the last one till we achieve the unity and establish democracy in Iraq.”

“The social peace rejects terrorism and all threats to build the infrastructure,” he added, noting that “The difficulties in the State is behind the deals where we have three authorities and the media is the fourth one that is considered as the most dangerous weapon to topple and defame any countries and it did that in some cases.”

“Iraq has many achievements and we have to preserve them and not to discriminate any side,” he pointed out, assuring that “Many of the world parliaments discriminated women and Iraq is honored of the women representation in the parliament which is not a little representation.”

“We are all responsible for the corruption in Iraq which became common. So let us sign the Honor Document to make our dignity and honor against the corruption and eliminate it,” he concluded.
