20 wanted persons arrested in Missan

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: Twenty wanted persons were arrested in different areas of Missan on Thursday, a police official in the province said. “Personnel from the 2nd Emergency Corps managed to arrest 20 wanted persons on various charges, including three murders, in different areas of Missan,” Col. Sadeq Sallam, the Missan Police Department’s information & relations director, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The arrests were conducted as part of a new plan for the Missan police command to activate warrants against wanted elements,” Sallam said, not giving more details.
