Araji calls committee tasked to import explosives detectors to avoid corruption

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Security and Defense Committee called the government to deal directly with the governments to import weapons and explosive detectors and avoid dealing with companies in this concern.

Member of the Committee, Qasim al-Araji, stated to IraqiNews.com “The security committee tasked to import the explosive detector devices from Japan should avoid suspicions of corruption to import well-qualified devices.”

“Dealing with companies while importing these sesetive devices will result in defects in these contracts so the government must deal with the other countries officially in this concern,” he concluded.
