Urgent – Erbil Governor: Terrorist attack, planned

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) Erbil Governor, Nozad Hadi, announced killing four of the members of the Asaiysh forces and six gunmen during the attack on the Asaiysh Directorate in Erbil.

In a press statement, Hadi said “Four of the Asaiysh elements were killed and to four of the gunmen were also killed in addition to two suicide bombers,” noting that “The situation in Erbil is under control.”

“The attack was planned,” he concluded without giving more details.
