Barzani’s Party highlights winning 38 seats in Kurdistan Parliament

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Mahdi Haji of the Kurdistani Democratic Party headed by Masoud Barzani pointed out that “Winning 38 seats in Kurdistan Parliament is considerable victory.”

Haji said to IraqiNews.com “We expected winning more than 38 seats in the parliament of the Region,” noting that “The results are good, but we should work from now till next elections to have better results for the KDP.”

He emphasized that “Participation of all Kurdish Parties in forming the next Government of the Region will be better than having a opposition that harms the government since the Kurdish People needs more mutual understandings than existence of the opposition.”
