Najaf demonstrators threaten to stage sit-in in Baghdad

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) Hundreds of protestors threatened to stage a sit-in in front in the building of the Parliament in Baghdad if the Government does not respond for their demands to cancel pension and privileges of members of the Parliament, special degrees officials and the three presidencies.Member, Hadi al-Salami, of the Demonstrations Coordinative Committee told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The protestors launched from Najaf Appeal Court towards Sadren Square of central Najaf demanding to to cancel pension and privileges of members of the Parliament, special degrees officials and the three presidencies.””This is the second time that people demonstrate within two months for the same demands and the Government should consider these demands by now,” he concluded. \END\
