Kurdish official, Japanese delegation discuss situation of Syrian refugees

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the Foreign Affairs Directorate within Kurdistan Regional Government, Falah Mustafa, hosted a Japanese delegation on Saturday.The Kurdistani Government reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Japanese delegation, which is headed by, Hirotaka Ishikawa, member of the Japanese Parliament, and the Charge D’affaires of the Japanese Embassy, Cansuki Nakoka.””The Japanese revealed that the aim of thier visit is to get acquaint with the situation of Syrian refugees in Kurdistan Region where the delegation announced that the Japanese Premier allocated an extra USD (60) million to help the Syrian refuges in Kurdistan Region,” the statement added.”The delegation praised the efforts exerted by Kurdistan RegionG to receive and shelter the Syrian refugees and offer them the required assistance,” the statement concluded. \END\
