Suspect arrested following shooting in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi army forces on Tuesday arrested a suspect believed to have been involved in a shooting in southern Mosul, according to a security source. “Yesterday evening, an Iraqi army force from the sixth Brigade arrested a suspect following a shooting that targeted an Iraqi army checkpoint in Baghdad St., southern Mosul…,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The force arrested a suspect, who was close to the scene of the shooting, the source explained. Investigations are currently underway, the source added.
