Abu Dhabi company starts developing Atrush oil field in Kurdistan Region

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, ADNOC, announced receiving the approval from Kurdistan Regional Government to initiate the first stage of developing Atrush oil field on Monday.
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan website reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The geographical area, which will be run by the company, is predicted to produce about (30,000) oil barrels per day at the beginning of the production which is supposed to be at the beginning of 2015.”
