Security official targeted in Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device exploded targeted the Commander of SWAT forces in Anbar on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED went off near the sit-in square in Anbar targeting the motorcade of SWAT forces in Anbar, Colonel Shaman al-Ubaidi.”

“The explosion did not result in casualties or material damages,” the source concluded.
