Urgent – 7 Civilians killed, wounded in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Seven civilians were either killed or wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device went off to the west of Baghdad.Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com ”The IED, which was emplaced near a medical center, exploded on Monday evening in Abu Gharib district (25 KM) to the west of Baghdad.”’

‘The explosion of the IED resulted in killing two civilians and wounding five others as well as causing material damage to the nearby buildings,” the source added.

”The security forces blocked off the explosion location, transporting the dead bodies to the morgue and the wounded to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
