Governmental sector proves its failure in implementing projects

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Adil Shirshab, of the State of Law Coalition assured that the complicated norms and instructions are behind the delay in the development projects in the country.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “There was an article within the Budget law of 2012 over giving the priority for the governmental sector in implementing the projects.”

“The governmental sector proved its failure in this issue so this article is deleted where both private and governmental sectors are competing currently,” he concluded.
