Iranian FM to arrive in Iraq today- source
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki will arrive on Tuesday afternoon in Iraq to discuss economic issues, according a source close to the Iraqi government. “This afternoon, Mottaki will arrive in Iraq to discuss the activation of the Iraqi-Iranian economic committee,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The Iranian official will meet with President Jalal Talabani, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and other officials, the source noted. “The visit may last a few days,” the source explained, adding that the Iraqi minister of trade, Abdelfalah al-Sudani, will head the Iraqi negotiating delegation.
