First session of Kurdistan Region parliament witnesses heated statements among some MPs

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The first session of the new term of the parliament of Kurdistan Region witnessed heated statements among some of its members.

A parliamentary source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The session witnessed heated statements among the MPs over requesting some of them to stand up while playing National Anthem of Kurdistan Region.”

“The MPs conducted the oath after settling the disputes,” the source concluded.
