MP criticizes corruption inquiries into Iraqi Army weapons deals

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Zuhair al-Araji, of the Hurra Iraqiya Slate criticized talking about corruption issues within armament deals.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Iraq faces attacks by the armed groups and the Iraqi Army needs weapons to be able to support its air forces to eliminate the terrorists.”

“Iraqi needs to conduct armament deals and taking about the corruption issue that might accompany the deals, must be rejected where we must support the Iraqi Army and the security forces by the advanced technology,” he concluded.
