IHEC delays news conf. until vote count ends

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission said it will postpone the press conference it had announced pending the end of the vote count for the provincial council elections, according to a media source within the IHEC on Saturday. “A press conference will be held on the day the final results will be officially announced,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency, not setting a date.
