Davutoglu, Sadr discuss security situation, mutual cooperation

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) Turkish Foreign Affairs, Ahmet Davutoglu, met the head of Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, on Monday.

The reporter of Iraqi News quoted Davutoglu as saying in a press conference after meeting Sadr “We discussed the pending issues and the security cooperation.”

“We have excellent relations with Sadr and his family,” he concluded.
