MNF refuse to comment on statement regarding killing 303 Iraqis in 2008

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Multi-National Forces on Monday refused to comment on the statement published on the Journalistic Freedoms Observatory (JFO) Web site regarding the killing of 303 Iraqis by U.S. forces in 2008. “The U.S. forces work in cooperation with the Iraqi troops and government to protect the Iraqi property and his properties, mainly after the security agreement,” al-Muqdad Jibreel, the spokesman for the U.S. army, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Iraqi government and people reject terrorist acts and work to set up a democratic state,” he added. The JFO said on Sunday (Feb. 15) that 303 Iraqis have been killed in 2008 by U.S. forces. The JFO is a Baghdad-based non-governmental Iraqi organization that monitors violations and aggression against media staff in Iraq. SH (P)/SR 1
