Baghdad Governor instructs to provide better services for Abu Ghraib district
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Baghdad Province Ali Muhsin al-Timimi instructed to form specialized committees to visit Abu Ghraib district and set plan to supervise the services projects there.
A statement by Timimi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited Tuesday “The Governor met a delegation from the dignitaries and chieftains of tribes in Abu Ghraib and assured for them that Baghdad Governorate is determined to present all services for the six districts within Baghdad administrative borders, including Abu Ghraib,” instructing to “Form specialized committees to identify shortages within the services sector in Abu Ghraib district.”
“Timimi assured that the Governorate is working to serve all the citizens in Baghdad without exceptions and it set new plans to be executed next year as soon as we receive the 2014 budget,” the statement added.
The delegation representing Abu Ghraib district appreciated the support of the Governor for their district, the statement concluded.
