Anbar police forces foil armed attack

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) A force from Anbar Police Department managed to confront an armed attack against a police station to the east of Ramadi city.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com Wednesday “Unidentified gunmen attacked the Juwaida Police Station of eastern Ramadi city, the center of Anbar province, and tried to break through the station,” noting that “The police forces managed to foil the attack and kill the gunmen.”

“The number of the killed gunmen is not identified yet,” the source added.
