Sadr demands Government to support security regiment composed of Tuz Khormato residents

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The Head of Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, called the Government to form a regiment composes of the residents in Tuz Khormato district in Salah-il-Din province to provide the protection for people in the district.Sadr said answering a question for his followers regarding the repeated terrorist operations in the district saying that ”The Government should form a regiment or armed groups and support this regiment officially to assume defending the district provided that the regiment should include all components of Tuz Khormato society to defeat any terrorist regardless their affiliations.”Tuz Khormato district, which is mostly dominated by Turkmen community, undergo many terrorist operations and the people of the afflicted district blame the Federal Government and Qaeda organization for these terrorist attacks.The people in Tuz Khormato district announced the civil disobedience in schools, commercial shops, industrial places, governmental institutions and all other directorates except the humanitarian organizations on Wednesday. \END\
