Oil, gas agreements signed by Prime Ministers of Turkey – Kurdistan Regional Government

(IraqiNews.com) The Turkish Prime Minister, Rajab Tayib Erdogan, hosted the, Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, and his accompanying delegation which currently in Turkey on a state visit.

Turkish sources reported that ”Erdogan signed many conventions with Barzani in oil and gas sectors and after the three hour meeting he announced his intention to visit Baghdad and Erbil to assure the desire of Turkey in promoting relations with all Iraqi components.”

According to news informed to IraqiNews.com ”Erdogan and Barzani discussed the means of promoting bilateral relations in various fields where both sides assured the necessity of developing commercial and economic bonds between Erbil and Ankara, especially cooperating in energy field in the service of both countries.”
