Sadr, French delegation discuss Iraqi situation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The leader of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, discussed with a French delegation the mutual relations and the general situation in Iraq.

Reporter of the Iraqi News mentioned Wednesday “The leader of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, met the French Ambassador to Iraq, Duni Joire and the chairman of the Iraqi – French Friendship Committee John Jack Predieh and accompanying delegation where they discussed the general situation in Iraq as well as issues related to upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections.”

The French Ambassador and accompanying delegation have visited Najaf province on Wednesday and met the religious authority Mohammed Saeed al-Hakim and the leader of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr.
