Diyala, Baquba (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of Diyala police department survived an assassination attempt when two Improvised Explosive Devices exploded in Diyala province.Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) ”The two IEDs exploded targeting the motorcade of Diyala police commander, Brigadier Jamil al-Shimari, while he was conducting inspection campaign in Muqdadiya district (40 KM) to the west of Baquba city.””The explosion of the IEDs did not result in any human casualties or material damages,” the source added. \END\
