Urgent – Shahbander withdraws from Maliki’s Coalition

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The leader within the State of Law Coalition, Izzat al-Shahbander, announced his withdrawal from the Coalition headed by the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

Shahbander pointed out that “The SLC turned into a sectarian coalition.”

Shahbander has met the leader of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, last Tuesday.
