SOC commander denies reports over detonating holy shrine of Samarra

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of Samarra Operations Command SOC, General Sabah al-Fatlawi, denied the statements of the Ahrar bloc’s MP Jawad al-Shihaili, concerning the terrorist explosion which targeted the Askareen Imams holy shrine in Samarra of southern Salah-il-Din province.”

General Fatlawi stated to IraqiNews.com Friday “We deal with our officials at the Ministry of Defense concerning these false reports,” noting that “I will sue MP Shihaili for displaying false and groundless information over the incident which is not of his specialization.”
