VP acquainted with Talabani’s Korea, Iran visits

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal al-Talabani on Wednesday acquainted his deputy Tareq al-Hashemi with the outcome of his visits to South Korean and Iran, according to a presidential statement. “The meeting tackled the recent developments and the necessity of making effort to meet the current challenges,” read the statement that was received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
