Nijaifi visits Iraqi embassy in Pakistan

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Speaker Usama al-Nijaifi visited on Saturday the Iraqi Embassy in Islamabad and attended a banquet held by the Iraqi Ambassador to Pakistan, Rushdi al-Ani.

A statement by Nijaifi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Speaker Nijaifi held a press conference at the Embassy in which he discussed issues of national and regional interests as well as the results of his discussions he has done with the Pakistani officials and concluding the Memorandum of Understanding between Iraqi and Pakistani parliaments.”
