Babel (IraqiNews.com) Two Improvised Explosive Devices exploded of northwestern Hilla.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The first IED targeted a civilian car and the second one targeted a military vehicle.”

“The two explosions did not result in casualties and caused only material damages to the vehicles,” the source concluded.
