Maliki starts using political files against Sadrist MPs, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Hussein Raysan, of al-Ahrar bloc within the Sadr Trend described the judicial warrants against the Sadrist MP as “Political.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There are dozens of the corruption files referred to the Integrity Commission and not settled yet.”

“The Sadr Trend achieved good results in the local elections by revealing the corruption issues,” he added, assuring that “the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, started to use political files against the Sadrist MPs.”
