VP denounces suicide bombing in Abi Gahrieb

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdul Mahdi on Wednesday strongly denounced the ‘criminal’ suicide attack in Abi Gharieb district where 28 were killed and 28 were injured. This came in a statement released from his office and received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “We condemn this coward act and we offer our condolences to the victims’ families,” Abdul Mahdi said in the statement. A suicide bomber had blew an explosive belt strapped to his body amid a gathering of Abi Ghariebi district, killing and injuring 56 people, including journalists. SH (P) 1
